Is the Promtix site secure?

Prommaster uses the SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) protocol to encrypt the information entered on your secure order form prior to transmission over the Internet. SSL is the industry standard for secure server commerce transactions. You can place your order online without fear of interception provided you are using an SSL compliant browser, such as Netscape's Navigator or Microsoft's Internet Explorer. Which Credit Cards can I use to make a purchase?

Prommaster accepts Visa & MasterCard

Can I purchase more tickets for an event using the same credit card?

Prommaster accepts only one purchase per credit card per event. If you already bought tickets for an event, you cannot make an additional purchase for that event using the same credit card. Promtix instituted this policy in order to protect customers from accidentally making more than one purchase for a single event.

I don't possess a credit card. Can I buy tickets with cash?
Yes.

How does C.O.D. work ?

 Also known as Check on Delivery, you must provide a money order which you can get at the post office or a bank check for the exact amount plus shipping costs payable to Prommaster NYC. No other forms of money and NO personal checks accepted. FEDEX  will show up to your home with the tickets at the time designated and someone must be home to sign for the package. As the package is being delivered, THE FEDEX  delivery man/woman will ask for the check. If the check is not for the exact amount the tickets will be taken away.

We recommend C.O.D. if you don’t have access to your parents credit card.  

How do I order tickets through the C.O.D. process?  

You can order tickets by phone order 212.243.0979 to send tickets via C.O.D.  

Tickets purchased after 5:30 pm (eastern standard time) Monday-Friday will be sent out the next business day.

Will-Call


What does Will-Call mean?


"Will-Call" indicates that tickets are to be picked up at the location of the event just prior to entry. The tickets will be held under the name appearing on the credit card used to make the purchase.


Where are Will-Call tickets picked up?

Will-Call orders are generally picked up at the venue box office or point of entry immediately prior to the event or after doors open, unless otherwise noted.

When can I pick up my tickets?

Will-Call tickets may be picked up a maximum of one (1) hour prior to entry time.

Can somebody else pick up my tickets?

Promtix allows only the holder of the original credit card used to make a ticket purchase to pick up the tickets. In the event that an individual other than the owner of the credit card needs to pick up the tickets, that individual should be given possession of the original credit card. If this is not feasible, please contact Prommaster NYC at 212.243.0979 or prommasternyc@aol.com at least one (1) business day prior to the event in order to make alternate arrangements.

Do I need the confirmation code to pick up my tickets?

No. The original purchasing credit card is used to confirm your name on the Will-Call list. No other form of identification is required and, for security reasons, no other form of identification is accepted.ONT>

Confirmation Code


What is the purpose of the confirmation code?

Promtix uses this code to reference your sales transaction. In the event that you have any inquiries about your order, you can use the confirmation code to check the status of your order.

How do I get my confirmation code?

A confirmation code is generated when your credit card is successfully processed.

I didn't receive a confirmation code. Did my order go through?

If you did not receive a confirmation code after completing all other steps of the transaction, please assume your order did not go through. Then contact Prommaster at prommasternyc@aol.com

I didn't receive a confirmation code. Why was my credit card charged?

Upon submission of an order, Prommaster NYC verifies that the funds against which the tickets are being purchased are indeed available. At that time, a temporary hold is placed on the necessary funds. This hold can last from one to five days, depending on your bank. If the ticket order is not completed, the funds will be released.

Refund and Exchange Policy


What is Promtix's refund policy?

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES ONCE YOU PURCHASE TICKETS !


Prommaster policy allows for refunds only if the event for which you purchased tickets was cancelled or rescheduled.  

Can I exchange my tickets for a different date or time?

Promtix policy does not allow for exchanges.

If an event for which I purchased tickets is cancelled, how do I get a refund?

If the event is cancelled, your credit card will be automatically refunded for the entire purchase. Sorry, we can not refund monies for shipping costs.

Refund and Exchange Policy

Once you have purchased Tickets, there are no refunds or exchanges for any reason including and not limited to: that you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser had a bad time, didn’t like the event, their were not enough people at the event, the act or artist was not “good” to your satisfaction, their was a death in the family, the event was not long enough or any other type of excuse or argument that anyone can possibly create. Ticket holder clearly understands that if you are under the influence of alcohol or any form of controlled substances, or carrying weapons or a device to be used as a form of weapon that the venue/promoter reserves the right to reject you from entering the facility and you the ticket holder, ticket purchaser will not receive any refund or exchange.    

You the Ticket holder & Ticket purchaser hereby hold Prommaster harmless, its affiliates, partners, third party associates, its employees, promoter, the venue/facility or other related personnel for any wanted, unwanted circumstances, situations that occur prior to, at or after the event. Ticket holder assumes all the risk and responsibilities of attending the event occurring prior to, during and after the event including without limitation to thrown objects, acts or omissions of others including the act or participants. Ticket holder grants the facility and or the promoter the right to film, broadcast and reproduce the event without written or oral consent from the ticket holder, ticket purchaser.    

Tickets acquired from unauthorized sources may be fake, stolen, lost and are void. Resale of tickets at a price greater than the face value is absolutely prohibited.

If for Any reason, Prommaster and its partners/affiliates decide to move the event from one venue to another,  Prommaster does not need to notify Ticket Purchaser by Mail or written confirmation.   Ticket Purchaser/ Holder will not receive any refund or discount on the original ticket price. Ticket purchaser agrees to hold Prommaster  its affiliates, Promoters, employees and third party members harmless. 

Artist Cancellation

If for any reason,  Artist/Performer/DJ does not perform, Ticket Purchaser will not receive any refund or discount on the ticket price.   Ticket Holder/ Ticket Purchaser undrestands that they are attending each event because it is an after-prom party.   Ticket Holder/ purchaser acknowledges that any artist who performs at the event is there as a surprise guest.   Ticket Holder/Purchaser understands that the artist may or may not perform on any given day.  Prommaster does not control unforseen problems with live performances and/or artist/performer/Dj cancellations.  Ticket Purchaser agrees to hold  Prommaster,  Its promoters, Affiliates, third Parties and Employees harmless.

Error Messages


After completing the Order Form and hitting the "I Agree to Pay Promtix" button, I receive an error message. What should I do?

Error messages indicate two different situations:
1. Inaccurate information, or
2. Technical difficulty
In the event that you receive an error message of the first type, please recheck your order form to ensure that all information is accurate. Please keep in mind that the address on your order form must precisely match the billing address of the credit card being used to make the purchase.
In the event that you receive an error message of the second type, please wait a few minutes and try to submit your order again. If you are repeatedly unsuccessful, please contact Promtix for assistance at prommasternyc@aol.com
